Typical timeframe is 3-12 month turnaround.

Typical funds would be 25% deposit plus refurbishment costs.

On a £100,000 property, allow £25,0000 deposit plus c £50,000 for converting a HMO or house into flats; more for larger developments.

Multi-Lets

We specialise in developing, managing and renting HMO’s.

We typically find a terrace house and convert into a 4-6 bed HMO.  We then furnish, set it up and rent it out at higher than average rents for the area.

Typical timeframe is 3-6 months turnaround.

Typical funds would be 25% deposit plus refurbishment costs.

On a £100,000 property, allow £25,0000 deposit plus up to £50,000 for converting a HMO.
